DFSBLG Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Object Design Labs LLC ("Object Design Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with DFSBLG, including the DFSBLG mobile application, related websites, application programming interfaces (APIs), and associated services (collectively, the "Service").

DFSBLG is not designed to require access to sensitive personal information such as government identification numbers, financial account credentials, precise location, health information, contacts, photos, microphones, or cameras unless a specific feature clearly states otherwise and requests the appropriate permission.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information through DFSBLG unless it is specifically requested for a legitimate Service function.

DFSBLG uses cloud infrastructure and related technology services to operate the Service. These services may include Amazon Web Services ("AWS") technologies such as API Gateway, AWS Lambda, Amazon S3, and static website hosting.

Information processed by these providers may be stored or transmitted through systems operated by the applicable provider. Service providers process information on our behalf subject to their applicable terms, security practices, and privacy obligations.

5. Third-Party Fantasy Sports and Data Sources

DFSBLG may display, process, import, or assist you in working with information related to third-party fantasy sports platforms, contests, slates, players, teams, or sporting events. Third-party websites and services have their own privacy policies and terms of use, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

If you choose to interact with a third-party service outside DFSBLG, information you provide directly to that third party is governed by that third party's policies.

We do not sell your personal information.

Users are also responsible for complying with any age requirements imposed by the fantasy sports platforms, contests, or services with which they choose to interact.
